Rates

If select package a $45.00  delivery fee will be added to order total when checking out through PayPal

For custom orders our service fee is 20% of total pretax order plus a $45 delivery fee. we will complete the shopping the day before delivery and send a request for payment through PayPal . All receipt will be delivered with groceries

Pricing and substitutions

We do our best to keep food prices affordable by shopping at various grocery stores. Most items are shipped to Hawaii and therefore incur a higher price than on the mainland.

We will only select fresh products. If an item you order is unavailable or not of the quality we know you expect, we will make every attempt to find a reasonable substitution

DELIVERY

We deliver from Haleiwa to Kahuku. If outside this area, please inquire , we may be able to accommodate you.

We deliver 7 days a week by appointment. We have flexible delivery times.
We appreciate a minimum of 5 days lead time, but will accommodate orders up to 24 hours prior to requested delivery time if we are able.

PRE-ARRIVAL DELIVERY

We will deliver and put away your groceries prior to your arrival for no additional charge. Most companies will need your permission to provide this pre-arrival service. In certain situations, due to turn around time

needed by your property management to prepare your unit, we will not be able to provide pre-arrival service. Call your rental company/manager prior to ordering to verify their policy. We will aim to arrive shortly after the unit has been prepared by the cleaning service for your arrival

CANCELLATION:
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to delivery. In the event that you do not cancel within this time period, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.

LIQUOR CLAUSE:

Orders containing alcoholic beverages must be received by an adult at least 21 years of age. A current state issued form of ID must be presented at time of delivery. For alcohol ordered for pre-arrival delivery, age verification will be made after order confirmation.
